Dinner in Collingwood

To celebrate my mother-in-laws 70th birthday in February 2015 her kids rented a house across from the ski hill in Blue Mountain over Family Day weekend. Chef Andrew came up on the Sunday to prepare a surprise dinner party for thirteen family members. He was extremely accommodating during the planning stages, providing a number of menu options to please everyone, showing great flexibility with the layout of courses  and he even offered to make a last minute venue change due to unexpected illness. The food was delicious, service perfect and I would highly recommend Chef Andrew to potential clients. In fact, my mother-in-law is looking into whether he can handle her New Years Eve dinner party this year. Thanks for helping to make our celebration so memorable Andrew.
