Barbeque Season is Coming!

Backyard weddings and BBQ season is on the way!  Last year was very successful.  We did many pig roasts, lamb roasts and BBQ’s.  In the early year we travelled to Collingwood quite a few times to cater bachelor and bachelorette parties.  After the busy summer season was over, I had some down time to relax with my family and we travelled to Mexico.  While there I picked up some huge paella pans!  They are awesome!  This authentic dish is very flavourful and also a great entertaining focal point.  I cook it right in front of your eyes!  You choose which ingredients from beef, seafood, pork, chicken or lamb; or if you feel you cannot choose I can put all of it in, simmered in a rich, luscious broth.
