About The Chef

Andrew Barrett originally studied culinary arts at Humber College and graduated the Chef de Cuisine apprenticeship program with honours. He trained for six years with Chef Robert Orsi from Leon, France who has cooked for many people around the world, including the Queen. 

Since his original training Andrew has travelled the world exploring from Canada, Spain, Cayman Islands, Australia and New Zealand searching for unique techniques, blends, herbs and exotic, new and innovative cuisine. Andrew has worked in hotels, resorts and restaurants, he can provide whatever your culinary needs may be.
